Heathrow Airport

Wow! That was the longest flight ever. Each seat had their own entertainment device so I got to watch The Hobbit and This is 40. Tried to sleep a little bit but who am I kidding, I can't get comfortable on a plane. London Heathrow Airport is massive!!! We landed and had to walk for about ten minutes to get to a bus that drove for another ten to get to the other terminal for my flight to Madrid. Once past a second round of security, I just walked for another ten to get to my gate. Worked up a little sweat! I was lucky and met a husband and wife traveling with the man's mother who are on their way to Madrid also. They are going to visit the Spain Riviera! We worked together on reaching our gate. London is obviously a major hub for airlines and the shear amount of people here is incredible. Walking around and hearing the different accents are super funny!! Inside the terminal is like the wealthiest mall you have ever been to. All designer type stores everywhere you look!
